30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any Vinland product.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused and in original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@vinlandonline.com.
Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
- Quality-related issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items): Return shipping is covered by us
- Non-quality reasons (e.g. wrong item ordered, no longer needed): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
